The African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI) and Salience Consulting have signed a strategic Collaboration Framework Agreement to strengthen human and institutional capacity across Africa’s telecommunications, digital policy, and ICT sectors.
The partnership combines AFRALTI’s leadership in ICT capacity development with Salience Consulting’s expertise in telecommunication regulation, digital transformation, spectrum management, competition policy, regulation strategy and cybersecurity.
Together, the organizations will develop and deliver professional training programs, executive workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for regulators, government agencies, policymakers, operators, and other industry stakeholders across the continent.
