Salience works with a wide range of clients, including telecom operators, development banks, governments, and ICT regulators.
Our strength lies in providing hands-on, tailored solutions that support digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure development. By partnering with us, our clients gain practical and actionable insights to navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals.
Our contributions meaningfully strengthen our clients’ organisations, as well as the communities and countries they serve.
We take pride in what we do, stand by our recommendations, and—when needed—help put them into practice. At our core, we are committed to helping our clients bring their ambitions to life.
Salience supports private telecom operators and smart and mega-city clients with practical, experience-led guidance shaped by years of hands-on industry experience. Our teams help clients respond to shifting market conditions, strengthen their commercial position, and build enterprise services that open new revenue opportunities.
We focus on delivering options that are clear, actionable, and aligned with business priorities. From refining service strategies to planning major infrastructure programs, we work closely with operators to ensure that every recommendation can be taken forward and implemented with confidence.
We work with international development banks to support public lending and private investments, as well as with private equity investors and investment funds. From global development institutions such as the World Bank (WB), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), to regional banks including the African Development Bank
(AfDB) and the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF), we analyse countries and markets to identify opportunities in the digital sector.
We also extend our services to include target due diligence and restructuring options.
Our government clients rely on Salience to help them design and deliver large-scale projects. Whether it is mission-critical public safety networks or optimising infrastructure sharing at the national level, we understand that government projects tend to have slightly different drivers than projects in the private sector.
Consequently, we plan the execution of government projects to accommodate dynamic stakeholder engagement and cycles for deliverable reviews that are more inclusive. Since we are acutely sensitive to diverse working cultures, we constantly tailor our delivery plans to meet the often complex requirements of the client.

Chief Operating Officer
“Salience Consultants were very engaging and provided excellent support to our team members in successfully launching our operations. They were able to establish the strategic, commercial and operational basis within the first six months which were exceptional. My team and the ministry stakeholder have high appreciation of the Salience Consulting flexibility and ongoing support in designing the structure and devising the foundation for OBC to expand and implement wholesale national broadband network. I believe their professionalism, integrity and expertise are the key to their success and I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.”
Chief Executive Officer
“Salience was very engaging and successfully executed the project to the satisfaction of the Smart Africa Secretariat team; successfully recommended a better option when choosing between the administrative efficiency of long-term purchase in the African context, vs. the benefits of negotiating leased capacity pricing over shorter periods.”
