On 10–11 June 2026, Salience Consulting held a two-day capacity-building workshop with IGAD and Member State representatives, focused on the practical application of PPPs for digital infrastructure across the region.

The workshop drew on the PPP Training Manual developed by Salience to support IGAD Member States in moving from PPP theory to practical project preparation, coordination and implementation. Discussions covered PPP fundamentals, digital infrastructure applications, bankability, risk allocation, project screening, procurement, implementation, monitoring, and the development of investable digital PPP pipelines.
