The Salience team participated in the EAC Regional Roaming Regulations Training Session focused on the implementation of the Enhanced Regional Roaming Framework across the East African Community.

The workshop brought together regulators, industry stakeholders, and regional institutions to discuss key aspects of the regulation, including transitional arrangements, wholesale and retail price caps, reporting obligations, and lessons learned from international roaming frameworks such as the EU, Western Balkans, and SADC initiatives.

It was a great opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions around regional connectivity, seamless roaming services, consumer protection, and the future of digital integration across East Africa.
