We are pleased to share that our colleague Nadia SIMION participated in EuroDIG – European Dialogue on Internet Governance 2026, contributing to high-level exchanges shaping the future of digital governance across Europe and globally.

Nadia contributed framing discussions on the WSIS+20 Review and its implementation trajectory, underscoring the importance of aligning global digital frameworks, including the Global Digital Compact, with actionable and measurable outcomes. She highlighted the imperative of stronger coordination across multistakeholder processes to deliver impact, inclusivity, and accountability.

These exchanges resonated with key messages advanced by Thibaut Kleiner, Director for Future Networks at the European Commission, who emphasized that WSIS+20 implementation should build on established multistakeholder mechanisms while avoiding fragmentation within an increasingly complex digital governance landscape. The dialogue reinforced the need for operational implementation roadmaps, enhanced stakeholder coordination, and metrics-driven approaches that translate commitments into tangible results.

Discussions also addressed critical priorities, including digital sovereignty, trustworthy AI in public services, and platform accountability – domains where coordinated, forward-looking strategies remain essential.
