We’re pleased to see our colleague Ben Roberts attending the Africa Internet Summit (AIS) 2026 this week.

Ben is participating in his capacity as a Director of AFRINIC-The Regional Internet Registry for Africa, joining internet governance, infrastructure, and digital development leaders from across the continent to discuss the future of Africa’s digital ecosystem.

AIS continues to play an important role in bringing together stakeholders from across the internet community, including organizations working to strengthen connectivity, digital inclusion, and regional collaboration. It’s particularly encouraging to see initiatives and partners such as Smart Africa engaging across this ecosystem to help accelerate digital transformation throughout the continent.
