Qatar National Broadband Network Company (QNBN) was established as a wholesale telecom infrastructure provider to support the country’s national broadband objectives. During its start-up phase, QNBN required experienced external specialists to rapidly build internal capabilities, ensure operational continuity, and support large-scale fibre deployment activities.
The challenge
As a newly formed organisation, QNBN faced immediate gaps in critical technical and project management roles. These gaps needed to be filled quickly with qualified professionals who could operate on-site, integrate into the organisation, and support delivery while permanent teams were being established. At the same time, QNBN required full compliance with Qatari labour regulations and reliable payroll and contractual management for all deployed resources.
