The challenge

The main challenge for Sports Boulevard was integrating diverse vendor approaches into a unified mobile and fixed network strategy that could meet both current and future connectivity demands. Achieving this required identifying state-of-the-art, future-proof solutions while maintaining technical and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the project faced complexities related to defining sustainable revenue streams and structuring investments in a rapidly evolving digital and infrastructure landscape.
