As part of Salience’s continuing support to Azerbaijan’s recently established telecommunications sector regulator ICTA, the fifth and final module of our training programme took place in June.

This last module covered consumer aspects of telecommunication regulation as well as the topic of dispute resolution between operators. Different sessions were held for ICTA’s staff as well as interested operators.

The project is administered by EBRD and funded by the European Union.
