TAWAL, a subsidiary of Saudi Telecom Company (stc), is a leading telecommunications towers company. In 2023, TAWAL expanded its international footprint into Europe through the acquisition of more than 4,800 telecom tower sites across Bulgaria, Croatia, and Slovenia.
The challenge
Following the acquisition, TAWAL required an experienced HR and Operations Manager to oversee its newly established European operations. The role was critical to ensuring operational continuity, compliance with local labor frameworks, and the establishment of effective HR and operational processes across multiple countries.
