Ivan is a founder of the company and has been based in Dubai, UAE since 2008. Responsible for the financial and operational management of the company.
He has over 25 years of dedicated telecom experience across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Recognized thought leader, speaking frequently at Telecom conferences covering broadband strategy.
Ivan holds MSc in Electrical Engineering and has an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School in the UK.
Ivan leads Salience’s relationship with the World Bank, IFC, EBRD and other development banks, He has established and grown Salience’s African and Asian sales and has led key projects.
Graeme Lowther is a Founder and Managing Partner with Salience Consulting. Graeme has broad experience helping clients define and implement large strategic change. Expertise is in commercial negotiations, leading complex projects and strategic planning. Prior to Salience, Graeme was EMEA Regional Director at British Telecom Telconsult.
Graeme was key to the successful delivery of many projects as Salience, including delivering the strategy for the creation of Oman Broadband, Leading the startup AWASR in Oman, and leading the NEOM project since 2021.
As a Managing Partner Graeme’s key contribution to Salience is maintaining client relationships at CxO/Ministerial level to win repeat business.
A dedicated and proactive professional, Abeer, serves as a financial controller and analyst with expertise in financial forecasting, planning and budgeting, project valuations & analysis and management reporting of financial data.
Abeer manages all the accounting operations and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances. She ensures quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Prior to Salience, she worked as a Financial Analyst at Cynoprod, a Canadian based dental technology consulting firm.
Erik has worked with Salience since 2014. He leads the firm’s Regulatory and Economics practice. Erik brings a perspective of over 25 years’ experience providing economic advisory services to telecommunications companies, regulators and financial investors globally. In addition to country specific projects covering the spectrum of ICT regulatory and economic challenges, he has been a lead author of multi-country and global surveys and thought leadership on socio-economic benefits of 5G, privatization, innovative business models for expanding broadband access and device affordability and other significant policy issues.
Prior to working with Salience, Erik was a Director within PricewaterhouseCoopers’ strategy and valuation practice handling projects in Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean and the Middle East. He also worked for a decade at Cable & Wireless, where he held senior positions in regulatory affairs and finance.
Greg is a financial strategist who joined Salience in 2016 and is currently leading our Financial Investments practice. With a rich background in finance and strategy, he has been providing pivotal financial advice to clients across EMEA and Southeast Asia.
Greg specializes in financial due diligence, strategy and planning for new ventures as well as established organisations looking to expand and optimise their businesses. He has developed a number of business cases across the whole broadband value chain including new subsea cable systems, regional and national fiber backbone networks, TowerCos, fixed broadband and LEO satellite ventures, as well as supported our clients during the transactions and fundraising.
Miroslav joined Salience as Principal Consultant in 2022. He has 22 years of experience as CTIO at Makedonski Telekom, FMIS consultant at the Serbian Treasury, and CIO at the Macedonian Ministry of Finance, with a focus on the establishment of large systems and introduction of new services.
He is advising clients on specific Subject Matter Expertise, delivering advice and specific presentations, defending conclusions. Miroslav stands project management role for project deliveries including responsibility for the project budget, project P&L and managing clients to ensure the quality of expectations.
