Our Managing Partner, Ivan Skenderoski, recently joined an insightful panel at Macedonia2025 Summit alongside John Bitove, Dalibor Frtunik, and Rexhino Cekrezi to explore what’s the diaspora’s role in the national growth.
The panel participants discussed their personal journeys as investors in their homeland or permanently returning back to pursue business interests. Ivan discussed the motivation to open branch office of the Dubai headquartered consultancy business Salience, as well as the discovery of the best juniper berries in the world in Macedonia and establishing the first Macedonian craft gin.
The panel also emphasized the hurdles in dealing with institutions and made a call for simplifying work visas process in Macedonia in order to employ expert resources from outside the country. The idea being that they will work alongside Macedonian talent and provide knowledge transfer as well as give international feel to the Macedonian offices.
