Last week, Salience Consulting had the pleasure of hosting the Uganda Communications Commission, UCC, at our Dubai office for a series of training sessions and strategic discussions.
The training focused on deepening the technical understanding, practical application, and operational use of the cost models developed as part of our ongoing collaboration. In addition, our discussions explored broader regulatory considerations and ways to further enhance transparency, efficiency, and sustainability within Uganda’s telecommunications landscape.
