Our Salience team participated in a bilingual workshop (in English and Portuguese) in Guinea-Bissau as part of the WARDIP project. This key event brought together government officials, industry stakeholders, and policy experts to present and discuss the initial deliverables aimed at shaping the country’s Universal Access Fund (UAF) policy and strategy. It was attended by the National Regulatory Authority for ICT (ARN), the country’s Consumer Association, the Government’s Technological Institute responsible for the country’s Digital Transformation Agenda, and the country’s two main operators, Orange Bissau and Telecel.
The workshop provided an opportunity for open dialogue, collaborative input, and strategic alignment toward bridging the digital divide and ensuring universal access to digital infrastructure for all. We’re proud to contribute to Guinea-Bissau’s journey toward inclusive connectivity and digital transformation. Stay tuned for more updates as the project progresses!
