The main challenge of this assignment was to support the successful technical and commercial launch of a pilot broadband project in Khujand, Tajikistan, covering over 2,100 homes. The study required refining the business case, overseeing network rollout, testing commercial products and operational procedures, establishing customer care, and advising on vendor selection and system integration, all while ensuring the pilot’s technical reliability and commercial viability.
