World Bank’s technical assistance to ARTEC, the telecommunications regulator of Madagascar, delivered by Salience Consulting in collaboration with Tactis held a workshop in Antananarivo, Madagacsar on Wednesday, the 20th of March, to present and discuss the outcomes of a market analysis to stakeholders within the telecommunications domain.

Presided over by the Minister of Post, Telecommunication, and New Technologies, and World Bank country representatives, this workshop session facilitated a platform for telecommunications operators to engage in discussions surrounding the sector’s latest advancements, historical perspectives, and prospective reforms essential for fostering investment in network infrastructure and catalyzing the adoption and utilization of telecommunication services across Madagascar.
