TAWAL – Execution of Comprehensive Due Diligence for Tower Assets

TAWAL required a structured and large-scale due diligence programme to assess, reconcile, and validate its nationwide tower asset base in Saudi Arabia, ensuring full alignment between physical infrastructure and financial asset records.

The challenge

With more than 14,000 radio tower sites across the Kingdom, TAWAL needed a comprehensive field and data-driven audit to verify asset integrity, reconcile fixed asset registry records, and strengthen reporting accuracy. The programme required coordination between field teams, database specialists, and financial stakeholders while maintaining strict governance and project control.
