Project designed to assess the feasibility of replicating Vahta’s successful wholesale broadband model in Serbia by evaluating market, technical, financial, and regulatory conditions in the Vojvodina region.
The challenge
The Vojvodina region required a detailed assessment to determine whether Vahta’s wholesale broadband business model (RUNE concept), previously implemented in Slovenia and Croatia, could be successfully replicated in Serbia.
The challenge was to analyze market demand and supply, cost economics, network design options, and regulatory readiness to ensure a feasible and sustainable broadband rollout.
