TRA Bahrain needed stronger oversight of Batelco’s separation of retail and wholesale operations. The key challenge was ensuring that Batelco’s financial and technical submissions were accurate, consistent, and compliant, enabling TRA to monitor obligations effectively and identify any breaches.
