The challenge
Following new tower regulations, Bahrain’s TRA needed a fully operational unit capable of enforcing compliance, managing permits, and streamlining infrastructure-sharing across the country. The key challenge was to build an organisational, technical, and digital framework that could support nationwide permitting and monitoring activities.

Our impact
