Awasr – MVNO License

To expand into mobile services, Awasr needed an MVNO license and agreements with host MNOs. The challenge was to secure regulatory approval, negotiate wholesale terms, and develop a viable commercial and financial model.


The challenge

Awasr required a full regulatory, technical, and commercial framework to enter the mobile market as an MVNO. This included preparing the license application, validating long-term financial viability, and negotiating wholesale and technical agreements with MNOs.
