During the recent KSA trip, the Salience team had the opportunity to visit the NEOM Line experience, gaining invaluable insights into the innovative and sustainable approaches being employed in this development project.

NEOM city presents unmatched livability contained in one line of the future. The Marina will be the first phase to be completed, which will allow ships to rotate 360 degrees around themselves within The Line. By 2030 this smart city has the vision to be the world’s largest cognitive city, delivering fully autonomous turnkey solutions through investing in digital robust infrastructure and cutting-edge disruptive technologies.

During our visit, we were able to see detailed designs of the “Zero Gravity Urbanism” architecture along with the various communities within The Line. It was an informative experience to witness firsthand the cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches that have been implemented in this sustainable development project. It was truly inspiring to see the vision of a green future being realized.
