As an analyst you will discover your professional passions through multiple project experiences. You will be responsible for gathering, organizing & analysing information and creating insight for our clients. In addition, you will contribute and assist with the production of project proposals and presentations, guided every step of the way by Salience mentors.

As a senior consultant you will hone your telecom industry knowledge and implement and manage the execution of complex projects. Your experience, leadership and management skills will shape the project approach and drive the consulting talent to deliver to their potential. You will play a mentor role in the development of other consultant’s knowledge and capabilities.
Managing & Principal Consultant
As a managing and principal consultant you will play a critical role in generating business opportunities with potential clients, in addition to leading large programs for customers. As the customer engagement lead at CXO level, your focus will be to develop client relationships whilst nurturing existing ones. In preparing your route to partner, you will play a central role in the development of the company strategy and success.
An accomplishment and acknowledgement of your deep experience and development of your practice area, you will define the strategic direction and vision of the firm in the area in identifying new market opportunities and leadership of a respective practice. As a world-class expert and thought leader, you will also lead high our profile engagements and regularly share your insights through conferences engagements, publications and with industry media.
